I have now used DN Van Lines twice. Once back in 2007 and again in 2011. Both times, they were great!! Each time, I was quoted 3-5 hours and the job was done in 3. The 2nd time they moved me, the job actually took 3 and a half hours and they only charged me for 3. Matt Stone coordinated my move both times and he did an excellent job. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. The movers were VERY fast and careful with all my things. Nothing was broken or damaged. One of the movers even took time (after asking me) to fix a recliner that was broken. The foreman on the move reviewed the contract with me each time and pointed out all the important things I needed to know. I will always use DN Van Lines and highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
