This is the second time that I have used Dimension Moving to help me move. Both were good experiences. As a result, I plan to use them again in the future.
What impressed me the most about this time that I moved was how well they wrapped up my furniture. They were very careful to package everything so that it did not break or scratch. Everything arrived in good condition. They also helped assemble everything once it got to my condo so that I would not have to do it later.
Other things that caught my attention were the overall politeness of the crew. They always asked to use the bathroom and were careful to make sure things were where I wanted them. They also helped me take some stuff to the garbage at my old place. The movers were also careful to make sure the little metal things that hold the shelves up in my bookcases and stuff did not get lost which has happened before when I used other moving companies.
The only that could be considered a disadvantage was that the crew arrived late. I don't think this was because of any ill-planning on their part. It was just that I was their second move of the day and the move before me took longer than expected.
Overall I was impressed by their work and was more than glad I hired them.
