The guys at Dimension were great! They arrived early, which was perfect and they were very efficient. They moved me from San Francisco to their storage facility in Union City and then recently from the storage facility to Mountain View. They were very fast but careful. And they were able to take down my Ikea bed and put it back together in record time, which was greatly appreciated as the bed is a pain to reassemble. The total cost was less than I expected and I also appreciated that. No goods were damaged and all the boxes arrived together. My contact, Peter, was very helpful and friendly, as is Samantha at the office. Peter explained to me in great detail the components of my bill, including the whole "drive time" thing and the CA law. I just moved to Mountain View on Saturday and the main mover, DJ, was excellent. Very friendly and very competent. I recommended this company to my sister and she also received excellent service from Dimension. All the movers were polite and efficient. They were even able to supply me with extra boxes and they made sure to really secure the boxes so that they didn't open up in transit, which they didn't. Overall, my sister and I were very impressed with Dimension Moving's customer service and its moving. We would definitely use them again if we were to move.
