Dimension Moving and Storage provided excellent service during a very stressful time. First of all, I called them on a Friday to inquire about the moving services that they provide and ended up scheduling a move for the upcoming Sunday! I doubt that many other companies can make accomodations in that time frame. I honestly expected them to say that they were available the following weekend, but was surprised when they made their workers available that weekend. Then I was given a quote via email a few minutes after getting off the phone with the representative and was extremely pleased with it. As far as my experience on moving day, it was great as well. The moving crew gave me a call that morning to give me the details and everything went as planned. I was provided a maximum "not to exceed" cost prior to them even beginning the moving process, given that I had additional requests (i.e. special wrapping of all belongings for extra support, boxing, TV crates). That was good as it gave me an idea of how much I would spend at a maximum and that I wouldn't get saddled with hidden costs. I even had this not to exceed amount in writing so it was an official binding agreement. The crew carefully packed everything and did a good job in unloading and putting everything back as directed. I obviously would recommend Dimension Moving and Storage to anyone needing reliable and inexpensive moving services. Thanks!
