(1) Our Appointment time was 9:00 am. The movers came in at 9:30 am. I would say that they were OK on time considering that my previous movers were 2 hours late.
(2) The driver was not informed by the dispatcher or the Sales Person (Peter) that there would not be any double drive time charged (this was only because our move was less than 4 miles) to our bill. After, I contested that and the driver called the owner (Mike), they took away the promised no-charge of double drive time.
(3) They movers were strong and fast. They did not break any stuff. However, they brought a medium truck that could not fit all our stuff. So, we had to break our back later during the day to transport the remaining stuff in our van.
(4) They did not use any material (like boxes, tapes or covers) unless we authorized the use. Therefore, they did not surprise us with such charges.
(5) The contract promised to keep the moving cost below $300. Our final cost was $289.
(6) Overall - OK.
