Dimension Movers carried out my move from Fresno , ca to Fremont CA on April 1st 2009. After receiving many bids from other moving providers-I selected this company.
I just felt as though they had nothing to hide ( the way they post their BBB link on their emails), The way I was coached through the pre-moving part all the way up until delivery here in Fremont; all with the highest level of professionalism and customer care. I did not feel pressured (Once you call for bids you will tend to notice that most companies are quick to pressure you to reserve but forget about you once they have your commitment.) I felt as though my move was being coordinated the way I WANTED IT. This is what really got me.
The main part about all of this is that everything I was told over the phone, followed through. Any additional charges on top of the over the phone price were discussed with me and agreed upon before hand. These guys did an Over the Top job. I could not have been more satisfied. So far (now that I’m finishing up the unpacking stage)…Nothing is broken or out of place. I would have absolutely no problem contacting this company again if ever in need.
