Ripped us off on packing materials, then almost totalled my bike by not crating it as promised/charged

We contacted California Movers for our interstate move from Santa Rosa, CA to Gresham, OR. We received a quote from Melissa Martinez for a move only, not to include any packing or boxing. She also quoted us $75 to crate my motorcycle in addition to it's wait. On moving day, Dimension Movers showed up, apparently California Movers is a DBA of Dimension Moving and Relocation, go see their many pages of reviews for more info... The movers had us sign a materials contract that had no items listed, which was consistent with our order. They had us sign a binding estimate with no figures as well. They then proceeded to insist on 'helping' us pack, even though we had our own boxes & moving tape. They made it seem like they were just trying to assist us in good faith and never disclosed they were charging us. Everything they packed, they over-packed. They did not crate the cycle and it was damaged in transit by straps and being dropped. My motorcycle had over $3000 worth of damage as appraised by my insurance company and was almost TOTALLED due to their handling of the bike! I worked with Mike Magen, owner of California Movers and Dimension Movers. I told him I thought the 600.33 bill for packing materials and packing labor was fraudulent because 1) we did not ask for this service over the phone, 2) the number of boxes received with the companies name was not consistent with what was on the form, 3) We were charged for crates that were never used, and 4) we were charged for $25 wardrobe boxes that were subsequently cut up and taped to my TV screen. We were charged to 'pack' that box as well, not to mention the 'crate' it never appeared in. Mike offered me a $60 discount on the $600 if I agreed to sign a document that made this the final legal settlement and if I agreed to indemnify Dimension and California Movers. I told him that I felt he misrepresented himself and that I would return or replace his boxes, even pay for his boxes but that I want a refund on the labor amount because it was not requested and the movers insisted we stop packing so they could 'help' us. When I refused to sign the agreement, Mike telephoned the company that was unloading our stuff in Gresham (Gold Star Vanlines, a contractor) and told them to stop unloading our items unless we paid $60 additional. Mike billed us the full agreed amount and we paid it, then told us that was the discounted amount and billed us an additional $60 above and beyond the 'contracted' rate that was inflated to the tune of $600.33 after we signed the paperwork. All said and done, they over-charged us $660.33 and did $3400 worth of damage to my motorcycle. I regret ever crossing paths with this company.
