We were a bit concern about this move since the last company that helped us did a lot of damage to our belongings, and they were late. We thought about doing this move by our self but my husband hurt his back a few weeks ago , so we started looking for a relocation company.
Jack , our representative was kind and very helpful and we decided to go with him, even though his prices were only second best. The service was fantastic and they kept us in touch all the way.
However the driver wasn't the nicest guy, maybe because he was early and we were a little late.
So…. My family will use direct-vanlines again for sure.
