I have moved many times, none of which were a more positive experience than with Direct Van lines. I moved to Florida for a new job. The day my items were set to arrive I told the driver I was going to leave the keys to the new place under the door mat. I was in such a rush to my 3rd day at this new job that I forgot to leave the keys! I had the guys from Direct Van lines waiting for 3 hours until I could leave on my lunch break to open the house. They did not complain AT ALL. Nor did the company office surcharge me. This is a stand up company. I trust Direct Van lines.
