My daughter was scheduled for a pickup on a Friday, and they called Weds and showed up Thursday. This necessitated a rush job on packing and a change of plans on her part. Her things were supposed to be delivered today, 11 days after they picked up for a mover from Austin to Chicago. Apparently they took her load OFF the truck and stuck it in a warehouse! They called yesterday and said it wouldn't be delivered until the weekend. She specifically took off today and tomorrow to be available, and has to work when they're NOW supposed to come. Crappy company, crappy service. DO NOT USE.
