With great pleasure I wanted to send my thanks to Direct van lines movers for all the help. As the house that I was relocating was more than 5 bedrooms and a lot of utility equipment the whole moving process seemed to be an unbearable challenge. After a diligent price estimation from the company consultant and confirmation from my work company, our immediate contact with the moving representatives began.
Everything was courteously planned and prepared in advance. We were told the route and the dates for arrivals, all the additional issues about the stairs and the size of the truck were handled. The movers helped us packing revealing professional and hard working attitude.
All the process was with no stress or hassle, the company was responsible for all the hard moments we were worrying before talking about the size of the move.
Customer service was pleasant at all stages of the move. I would definitely recommend using the service of Direct Van lines movers for a large household or a corporate move.
