I am a recent college grad moving to a new city for my job away from my family. I looked Direct Van Lines up online and I got a very competitive price for my one bedroom apt. Pick up was fantastic but I have to say I listened to my representative who said it was a good idea to have everything prepared so the pick up would be smooth. The snafu of the move was that I was told by my building that a big truck would be able to do the delivery in Chicago but it wasn't so I had to pay a shuttle fee that wasn't originally on the estimate but honestly I am a very happy customer and I would use them again if I had to move from Chicago for work again.
