I wish my family had seen the previous reports about these people. Everything they say is true. They come in with one price and hold you hostage for a higher payoff before you can get your goods.
They make you pay for "custom packaging" then charge you more because you used too many feet of storage. They mark everything as being damaged (even though it is not) so that any additional damage liability can be refused.
The fee's charged to "walk further than 75 feet to your door, was because they decided to park further away from the door than they needed to.
