When we were looking for movers I was given Eagle van lines number from a fried that used them and was very happy. I called the number she gave me and a very nice gentleman name Hector took my call, he went over the estimate with me and answered all my questions I was ready to hire them by the end of our conversation however Hector suggested that I have a in house estimate (or onsite as he called it) so I may get a more accurate estimate. I agreed and that is where I meet Eli "two days later!" Eli is an older gentleman with a great aura and friendly jolly attitude. He went over everything with me and even offered some tips on saving money on my move (that was a first!) I gave him a 10% deposit and he was only about 145.00 more than the estimate that Hectir gave me. On move day a guy name Sean came with three other guys that were terrific! This crew was really amazing and did a great job, Sean explain things to me as we went along, he did not use any packing supplies without my permission first (like my last movers) I was extremely happy with the whole experience from the time I first called them till they finished putting my beds back together. At the end of the day I paid exactly what Eli had given me on his estimate and not a penny more (even though I had more boxes than I said I would have) I would recommend them to my Mother! These guys are really, really that good!! If you are looking for a good moving company to move you, you should call Eagle van lines (The ones in Jersey City) and you will be a happy customer like myself.
