Exdremely poor service, please read!!

This company really did an awful job on both customer service and moving. First of all, the primary contact person disappeared once after I paid the first part. When I arrived in the new location waited for two weeks and got no news about the shipment, I called them, this person is never available; I emailed to her directly, she never replied my email. Then, they never inform you about any delay. I called them to check the shipping status, they told me to call me back and never called me back. Moreover, they increase the price dramatically upon pick up. They do not arrange anyone for a in house estimation. When the day for picking up (the day you cannot cancel the service any more), they will increase the price like 50% compare to the quote and you just have to pay for that. Even worse, poor management. The manage company and the drivers are completely disconnected. When the company promise you something, like a weight ticket, the drive refuse to provide any. I think they use this trick to charge you more because they don't dare to provide the actual weight. Also, I tried several times to inform the company that the apartment is located in somewhere a large truck might not be able to come in. But the driver still drove a large truck and he was trying to charge me extra 200 dollars for switching to a smaller vehicle. Finally, shipping damage. All the boxes are in awful shape upon arrival, all the furniture are wet, the mattress package, that they charge me 60 dollars for packing, was teared open and got wet. I'm surprised they have so many good evaluations, I highly doubt the honesty of those comments, maybe come from their own employee. But if you are seeking some normal moving service, stay away from them!!!!
