I moved one item of furniture from VA to KY for $920. All went well initially - personnel were available, communication was prompt and reliable, and the pickup went as planned. Once that was done, nothing went well. I was told at least 10 different delivery dates, none of which was accurate. I was given phone numbers for truck drivers who were not even coming to KY. I called at least once weekly. Usually I was told another dishonest piece of information; at other times I could not reach anyone. I was also told there was no higher person to talk with. The item took almost 2 months to get to me even though I was told in writing and via e-mail it would be here within a week of pickup. The contract stated a maximum of 30 days for shipment. I am complaining about the total dishonesty of this company. They need to be shut down.
