I was moving in with my fiancee, and it was the first time I had ever moved, and had no idea what I was doing. I had my fiance take care of speaking with the movers, and he went through an inventory list with them. A couple of days before the move, I saw the list and immediately called Paul, who was our representative. Never trust a man to take inventory, he left half our stuff out! I fixed everything up with Paul, and of course the price went up, but I guess the price before seemed too good to be true anyway. I was happy that we went through all of that ahead of time, because come the move date there was no confusion at all, and we didn't have to pay anything extra upfront. I was happy with Eco's flexibility in letting us change the inventory, because it really made the move a lot less stressful.
