My most important items disappeared.
I don't know if they were lost or stolen
But either way I will never use Eco van lines again.
Most of the reviews online of this company are either very positive or very negative, which leads me to suspect
that many of the positive reviews are written by the company themselves.
Ronnie was polite to me on the phone the many times i called regarding regarding my missing belongings,
But he never called me back and I suspect they did little or nothing to locate them.
Had I done more research before choosing a company I would have realized Eco van lines has a history of very in satisfied customers.
I advise you not to use Eco van lines unless you want to pay someone to rob you.
