I had never used a moving company before, I had no idea where to start. My friends were trying to explain to me the different methods of pricing; cubic feet, weight, inventory, it all sounded like a foreign language to me. Joe from Eco had the patience to sit down and explain everything to me. The inventory estimate sounded like the best option, so I went with that. I called in a couple of days before to change the inventory after I had finished packing. The movers loaded everything up so quick that I decided to give them a nice tip. I received the driver's number and was always updated about delivery. The guy unloaded everything, and it all looks good, no damages. I was impressed by eco's good customer service, and efficient way of working.
