I was looking for reliability in a moving company. My brother had had a horrible moving experience last year, and I wasn't looking to go through the nightmare that he did. Every company that spoke to me, I checked with the Department of Transportation, and checked reviews on line. Eco Van Lines passed this test with flying colors, yet still managed to be fairly priced. I had to exercise a bit of flexibility in order to accommodate the two day pick up window, and the delivery windows, but I rather do that, then have them give a definite date and not show up. The movers that arrived at my place were polite and packed everything up real good. The delivery didn't take as long as I had thought, and nothing was damaged. I've heard so many moving horror stories, but Eco Van Lines sets the standard for what a moving company should be; professional, honest, and reliable.
