First of all they will lowball you on the estimate to get your business. Then after loading up all your belongings they will tell you it is 40% more expensive than quoted. It took them 6 hours to load up a sparsely decorated two bedroom apartment. Then they sprung on my elderly mother at 1:00 in the morning that it was 3000 dollars instead of 1895. Then when they called for delivery they said they would be there that night. I told them I was promised a one day notice so he hung up on me. When I called to say tonight would be okay he was extremely nice again. Then when they got here they were supposed to set everything up but said they left their power screwdriver at a previous delivery and couldn't do much. Now I have discovered they have lost screws and hardware needed for my furniture and damaged other items. Do not use this company. If after reading this review you have decided not to make the same mistake I made please call me and let me know. My number is 540-589-4609.
