Fraud and Liars

This company is the epitome of false advertising and fraud. The customer service was wonderful up until I paid my deposit. Our "moving consultant" would call several times and help answer any questions. Once I paid a deposit, she was never available again and I have yet to talk to her. I am almost positive this company uses fake names. My furniture was picked up a date late and I was promised at 5-7 day delivery. They held my belongings for 24 days in a warehouse in Chicago. Once my furniture was loaded and the truck was ready to pull away from my home, the price increased by almost double. They are 100% fraudulent in their claims of being eco-friendly. The tape used was not a special eco brand and the drivers threw the empty rolls in my yard while smoking. They also pulled up in a budget truck. The following 24 days were filled with lies, stalls, rude customer service, and actually having representatives (and even a "manager") hang up on me. Not once was a phone call of mine returned. Customer service and managers were never available. I asked several times for a copy of my contract before my things arrived and never received one. I asked for the owner's name and was told he does not give out his full name. The driver took my paperwork and I receive very little documentation. Roni, Ben and Katie told me delivery dates that were always just stalls to keep me happy. We were told one time that the truck was being loaded and given the driver's number. He was shocked we had called because he was not loading my items. My furniture finally arrived in a Ryder truck. The drivers were from a company called Priority 1 (not eco-vanlines). The drivers demanded that no pictures be taken of the truck or the move. They screamed at me and got in the truck and threatening to leave. They also demanded that Skype (with my mother who signed the "contract") be turned off. They clearly have some major things to hide. Please do not give this company your money. They are fraudulent liars and could care less about you or your belongings.
