They quoted me one price, gave credit card # to office and then driver kept asking how the move was going to be paid for. I told him dealing with the office as it should be done. Then day of pick up they called and wanted to add another $500-600 to the cost. Said no way am I paying anymore. Disorganized is the office. When they delivered I got a phone call saying that I had to pay another $300 within the hour or they were going to keep my daughters washer and dryer and refridge.
Never received final paperwork. Called 3 days before delivery and no one in office could help me. Left message for someone to return call. they called day before delivery and sent me a blank credit card authorization form. I had to fill out the #'s. Crazy.
It was the worst. They stole my daughters collection of frogs that she had been collecting for 15 yrs. They will only pay $.60 a pound to replace. That was $1,000 worth of collectables. They also stole a chair to her kitchen table. Now she just has 3 chairs to her set. They broke her collectable tea pots and there is also a box of tea pots missing. What a rip off. Do business elsewhere.
