Eco Van Lines is a very diligent company, at least they were in my case. I was very skeptical at first with some of the reviews I read. I just asked my representative and asked her why they got all of the complaints where she told me that most people will cancel there move the day before- a result in not getting there deposit back/ and or giving a under weight quote. I called him 3 days before my move and updated my inventory list and boxes and the day of the move they were on time- no complaints here- i did my moving horror story research and just prepared to be on top of my inventory game!
