I had filled out a request for a moving quote about half a year ago or so, because I was looking to sell my house. I had a strong potential buyer, so I reserved with Eco to lock in lower rates. The buyer fell through, and I was on the phone with Sonya, my moving consultant at least once a month changing the move dates. I finally sold the house, and had to seriously sit down and start packing all my things. Then I was on the phone daily with Sonya, updating my inventory so that everything would go well on the day of the move. The foreman was very professional, and had good command of his crew, who worked very efficiently. The delivery did take a while, but it was going cross country, so I was ready for that. I wasn't too stressed about it, but I did get a call about once a week from customer service giving me an update about when i will be arriving. The delivery was handled with the same efficiency as pick up, and I have yet to unpack everything, but so far nothing looks damaged. I was very impressed by their organizational skills on such a long distance move.
