Personally I hada few hiccups with Eco- but nothing too dramatic. I would use them again...but next time maybe ill be smarter and remind to tell them the little things- like how many stairs i have etc. Oops i forgot to mention i lived on the 3rd floor so i got charged extra which is reasonable. They did give me the first flight of stairs free - and they didnt count the half case to the door.. so its okay i suppose. Either way everything went smoothly- My delivery was a little late but i didnt mind because they let me know. :) lucky me
