The day I put my information online looking for moving companies, I got a call from Lorna. I stayed on the phone with her for hours discussing my move, taking inventory, talking about life, etc. I felt so comfortable with her that I booked with her that day. Afterwards my husband told me that I acted rashly, and should have looked up the company. He filled my head with all sorts of horror stories about moves, and I was worried all during my hour long commute home; had I made the wrong decision? When I got home I looked up Eco and was pleasantly surprised. All looked well, a couple of bad reviews, but that's to be expected. I also spoke to Lorna again and she assured me that eco-vanlines is registered with the DOT. On the day of the move I was nervous, but everything went real smooth; as a move should be! Just goes to show not to put all your faith in horror stories.
