I'm a fashion designer and have many tools that I work with, bolts of fabric, and not to mention the mannequins. It's not items that are usually moved, so I was worried about the expense. Shelly worked with me to get an accurate inventory list and a binding estimate for my items. It ended up being a lot of volume, but eco's rates were competitive so the price wasn't too steep. Reputations counts more than price, and from what I could tell eco had a great reputation with all the good reviews I read online. The movers that arrived on the day of the move worked super fast putting everything on the truck, and ticked everything on the inventory list that we both had. The lists matched, so there was no price increase or anything like that. The delivery took a while, but I was expecting that since Shelly gave me an ETA, and I always got an update from customer service. I even got the driver's personal cell! All in all I was impressed by eco's customer service and flexibility.
