It was my first time moving, and I really had no idea what to expect. My older brother's in the military, and he recommended I go with Eco vanlines, since he had a good experience with them in the past. I called them up and spoke to Soul, who would be my moving consultant. She explained things to me step by step how the move would go, and on the day of the move I had no surprises. I was, however, pleasantly surprised by the care they put into packing my stuff; I figured because I was such a small move they wouldn't make that much of an effort, but they really surprised me. I was very pleased with the whole process, and with the attention that I received as a customer, despite having such a small load.
