I can't really rate Economy Van lines per say because I did all my quoting and arranging everything with Economy Van Lines. However, the day of the actual move another company showed up on my door step called Platinum Van Lines. The company was a day late in arriving compared to when they called and said they would show up. I tried to call Economy Van Lines to verify that this was their company and was transferred to their dispatch the person Bruce who I had been working with would no longer be handling my move. When I was working on the contract with Economy Van Lines I had explicitly asked them if it would be their truck picking up my items as that was one of the warnings I had seen when people talked about moving and was re-assured by Bruce the person at Economy Van Lines I had been working with that it would be their truck. That was not the case and I never dealt with Economy Van Lines again once my stuff was picked up everything went through the subcontracted company Platinum Van Line and they were one of the worst companies. So don't be fooled next time you have to move across company into thinking you're dealing with one company and end up with another.
