Wish I could give a negative value. In short, it's been a complete nightmare - completely inaccurate estimate that was jacked up $1200 day of pickup; the first delivery took over one month; upon delivery, 30% of our belongings are missing and a few things are broken; the driver during the drop off was extremely rude and disrespectful, the guys lifting the boxes agreed with how terrible he was; customer service is nearly non-existent, had better luck speaking with the wall.
All in all, some things were good early on and luckily, our missing things were found (still holding my breath while we wait for delivery #2). But overall, this service has been as close to a nightmare as you would believe. You'd be better off moving your things on your own.
