From the beginning of my dealings with the company I told them I wanted them to store my things for 30 days from pick up. I told customer service I told the pick up team and in the end they delivered it two weeks later which was two weeks earlier than I could receive it. During my struggle with them they did not keep their word and did not tell me things that were accurate. The topper was when the delivery sub-contractor said that this company has a history of poor customer service. I am done with them.
