Emerald Relocation set me up over the phone with what they call a 'moving coordinator' who was very hellpful. I wish I could remember her name in case they read these things (maybe Jen?) but she couldn't have been nicer and more patient with me. I've never moved before so I was completely confused about how companies like this charge you buit she explained it to me. I also had to call back a few times and because I had to add some items and whoever I spoke to was always very kind. The move itself was good but it's the people at emerald relocation who I think made the move really easy. from the time i started until i finished i was able to get in contact with dispatch, i was able to follow with my things the hole way through. When the movers showed up they went with me through my house and compared everything with the inventory list i gave them. They did a full pack and everything was wrapped really good. I got my things and nothing was damages thanks again EMERALD!
