I started this process by putting my information online and was contacted by servile different companies, emerald caught my attention from the beginning from the way they presented themselves, They were the only company to bring to websites and show me all there licenses, and showed me there BBB as well. He told me he is giving me a binding estimate based on my inventory. So i spent about aweek going back and fourth making sure everything was on there that i was bringing. I didn't have allot of stuff but i have been reading crazy stories about other moving companies on the internet. So I wanted to make sure I had everything covered. I had never moved before so I was a little nervous. When the movers showed up it was 3 guys they immediately got to work, the works were very polite and even showed me how they were packing the truck to ensure me that all my items were well protected. They even dis assembled everything for me as well. I was shocked at how professional everything was presented to me paper work and all. After they left I received a follow up call to notify about when me items were going to be delivered. About 2 days before it got there the driver called me to let me know what time he would be delivering my items. When the truck showed up they unloaded everything, as NOTHING was damaged they re assembled everything for me. And I was so relieved that I used Emerald b/c they were not my cheapest quote but i felt the most comfortable with them. THANKS ALLOT EMERALD!
