Emerald Relocation really impressed me with the way I was treated. My moving coordinator who I spoke to on the phone was very patient with me and explained to me in detail how the estimate worked. I didn't realize that I was charged by cubic feet but she explained it until I understood how and for what I was being charged. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or cheated. Everything was always very clear and Emerald Relocation is probably the most honest company I've dealt with in a long time. I was moving really far and even though it took a little longer than expected emerald was always in contact with me from start to finish to give me updates about the move and where my stuff was. When the movers delivered they set everything up for me again and really did a good job. Everyone was very nice.The biggest thing about emerald relocation for me is that they explained everything in detail to me so insure no surprises which there was not! it was a great experience
