e were moving from WA to CA. They quoted us around $3900 and the move ended up costing over $7000. They told us the delivery date would be June 2-6, closer to June 2nd. Our stuff did not arrive until June 12th. When we asked why we were told that they were very busy. They told us that they were professionals and did not subcontract. The driver who arrived with our stuff was a subcontractor who came down by himself and picked up a crew when he got here (he was planning on going by the local Home Depot and picking up a crew off the street). When they arrived they made a mess - boxes and furniture in the wrong rooms, dirty footprints all over the carpeting. On top of that several of our boxes and furniture pieces were damaged and broken.
The company stopped taking our phone calls - letting everything go to the answering machine. Our "move coordinator" was unavailable and never returned our calls. The supervisor was unavailable and never returned our calls.
We saw all the positive reviews before choosing this company. I don't know who the reviewers were, but our experience was the WORST we have ever had.
We would NEVER use this company again, and strongly recommend that you do not.
