The driver, loading & unloading staff from Emerald did an excellent job, Once they loaded me the foreman brought me to the truck and showed me and insured me that everything was packed well and protected and he showed me how many cubes we took up just so I knew that the price would not change.
We paid them quite a bit of money to come in and pack our household goods the day prior to loading.
They brought wardrobe boxes to hang our clothing and hung all my suites and everything nicely so they would not get ruined.
They called us and gave us a very professional presentation and quote, which they met and overall did a good job, especially for the packing of the household goods. Emerald is ran by pretty nice people every time I called in I was always able to reach someone and was also able to get an update of the move . I would safely say I would use emerald relocation again if I need to move in the future.
