I had bought some furniture from a friend and I needed them to be moved to my house. I contacted Exclusive Van Lines and arranged for them to come to my friend’s apartment to load and carry the furniture to my house. They had a 1-3pm time frame available, which was perfect for me. I appreciate their knowledgeable and helpful sales representative who made the move a success. The representative from Exclusive Van Lines informed me that my movers would call me before they reach at my friend’s house to get me ready. They called five minutes after 1.00 pm and said that they would get there in fifteen minutes time. The crew of three movers came just as they had promised and checked what needed to be moved after introducing themselves. In another fifteen minutes, they had loaded the sofas and the dresser and were set to leave for my house. They completed the process without scratching the furniture and I appreciate the work of Exclusive Van Lines.
