I am quick to complain about poor service so I felt it necessary to talk about my extremely positive experience. I have recently moved my family and having requested a quotation on line I admit I was bombarded with offers to carry out my removal. After receiving extremely an initial quote from Express Moving I was reassured by the knowledge and professionalism of the salesman and received prompt and detailed responses to my many questions. I finally decided to go ahead and I have it say I am so pleased I did!! The removal team arrived to pack my goods on time and worked incredibly hard to get everything packed in 1 1/2 days. To their credit, the crew delivered my goods , without damages. I can honestly say that the whole experience was s astonishingly good... It was almost a whirlwind!! I received the most efficient service from Pearsons office staff followed by a professional and most pleasant removal team... Overall, what I believed would be a week of stress and anxiety turned out to be a very positive experience indeed!! I would be delighted to recommend.
