Every mover I called completely discredited their competition, every mover told me about how other movers would scam me than what they were prepared to do for me as a customer. I am Regional Manager for First NLC and know the meaning of true integrity in sales This concerned me and I even considered doing the move myself. BUT..
I am 39 year old SINGLE MOTHER and simply could not gather the energy. I needed to hire movers.
The search begins....
I came across Jason a sales supervisor with Express Vanlines who was the only person that didn't try to bad mouth other movers or send me to certain sites. He simply gave me a formal quote. This peaked my interest. Being the smart consumer I am, I did indeed research the company and they checked out.
Their price was right smack in the middle of other movers. I had to move out before the 1st of Oct, No exceptions. I reserved with Express Vanlines based on my rapport with Jason and his professionalism.
The move went as perfect as promised. I received my stuff today which was a tiny bit later than expected BUT I was told it may happen due to the distance, I was ok with the delay because I was kept updated the entire time which I appreciated.
There were no hidden charges and Chris (I believe that was his name) and his crew did a great job. I definitely recommend this company to anyone considering a long distance move. Selecting a mover is a tougher decision than you may think. I went with my instinct and gut feeling and I am glad I did.
