Started searching for movers on the internet. Put my information online and I got maybe 20 calls of all sorts of moving companies. Most were real easy to work with, it was hard to filter out some companies. I must say it was a learning experiences for me. I came across several companies that simply had a lot of helpful information. One of those companies was Express Vanlines.
Jason, who had contacted me via Email was very courteous and professional. I felt he was very sincere in wanting to assist me in the move, his price was pretty much in the middle of most reputable movers. I did check them out on the BBB and liked their rating along with their reviews but what I liked most about Express was the way they priced out their moves.
He was very thorough and comprehensive in explaining his pricing method and this made me feel very secure.
His constant follow ups and commitment to earn my business was appreciated. Being in sales myself I could appreciate these qualities. We reserved with Jason and I yesterday I recieved my items in Miami, Florida.
Everything went great. From beginning to end, pick up went smooth. Alex, the driver explained everything to me exacly as Jason did, We actually paid what we were quoted except for a few items I simply could not pack. I got to Miami this past Saturday and my items arrived yesterday, perfect timing.
Everything was in perfect condition, Jason followed up with me this morning (Holiday) and checked to see how everything went. I appreciated that and decided to write this review.
All future customers looking to move, I encourage you to contact Express and consider using their services, if they provide you with half the service they did me, you will be one happy customer.
