The representative made all kind of promises to get the business. Once the movers arrived, they tried to change the terms of the deals and up sell us. We told them specifically not to begin loading until were were reassured that the original quote would stand. They called in the office and stated they were told to go-head wit the move. The movers then added additional fees to the quote that had already been signed. Once they had our stuff, the staff became elusive. Over a month later, they claimed having issues with their trucks as an excuse for delaying our delivery. They wer unprofessional, disrespectful, and scamming. The manager later informed us that they had our stuff, were in control, and demanded twice the agreed amount or else. We immediately retained an attorney to handle the situation. This moving company, Finest Movers, should be avoided. They are not trustworthy and will extort money from customers. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY (Finest Movers).
