On July 2, I canceled and directed you to remit my $500.00 deposit immediately (see email below). Please do not contact me again except through my credit card company to remit my $500.00. Again, you have proven to be an unresponsive, unprofessional and incompetent company who jeapordized my move. On Wednesday, July 11 I received two phone messages from two calls from your office. The first was from "Ashley" from customer service on 954-606-9444 . I returned her call but was told she was unavailable and I would have to call her back because they are too busy to receive messages and would never return my call. The second call was from someone whom I could not understand with their name on 855-505-6683 . I returned her call but was told she was unavailable and I would have to call her back because they are too busy to receive messages and would never return my call. On Thursday, July 12 I received a phone message from a call from someone identifying themselves from "All Star Moving" saying they wanted to come to pick up my shipment from Camby, IN. Obviously this was an outrageous call to get 9 days late. Late in the day I received a phone message from your office from "Mike". He asked me to call him back and failed to provide any phone number.
