This company offered me services that were not provided. Charges were 3,600 for all my furniture and car. I initially pay them 968.77 and 100.00. They were suppoused to move me on 2/9/13 instead they came on 2/10/13 at 10:00pm to see what i had to move. Then the next day on 2/11/13 they came to my house in a small uhaul truck. When they saw my furniture they laugh and stated they could not take it all. They say they had to charge me more money. So i cancel went to my bank Navy federal explained what had happened and they reinbursed my money back into my credit card. Now they want to be paid for services they did not provided. I lost 10,000 in furniture due to having to make arrangements in the last minute. I a spend 1,700 for a UHAUL truck plus 1,000 for a driver and lost 1 bedroom set one grandfather clock 2 china cabinets 1 dining set of 6 chairs and curio all of this furniture was pure wood. I am a divorce a female who works for the federal department helping our heroes veterans men and women. How can they do this to me?
