This broker sent me Light Express Van Lines. My experience with this company was awful. They have very poor customer service and drivers. The drivers fit everything in just fine when the items were picked up. They could not fit everything in towards the end, so they took my box spring out of the truck and strapped it to the outside of the back door. This is a safety violation, because it could have caused an accident on the highway if it had fallen off. It arrived, wet, dirty, and torn. They damaged my dining room table, and other items. They lost one of my boxes and refused to respond to me about whether or not they would be able to find it, and what happened to it, even when I offered to pick it up at their office.
