When I rated the customer service, the only reason I rated "knowledgeable" as above average is because they know exactly what they are doing when they scam people! I have moved all over the country and never have had a more miserable experience. First they were a "no show" and when trying to deal with customer service and others they were so rude I was astounded! They will try to ALWAYS make it the customers fault. The other dishonest trick they play is they will have your number on caller ID so when you try to call and get answers they simply do not answer the phone! Do yourself a big favor and RUN from this SCAM!!
