This is a warning to not get involved with First Call Movers. They were supposed to pick my stuff up for a move from the East Coast to the Southwest, but they never showed up. The customer service was difficult to reach and didn't provide any useful information. While this was extremely annoying and expensive, the criminal aspect is that they never refunded the $500 deposit. I've tried to get in touch with them several times, but they don't even pick up the phone any more. The Better Business Bureau also tried to get in touch with them, but with no success. I considered filing a law suit, but the expenses (money and time) are not worth it. The least I can do is to warn everyone to avoid this company.
