We engaged ' FLAT PRICE MOVING AND STORAGE' while moving from Lawrenceville, NJ to Westerville, OH. They charged $500 extra from the quote after loading the items in the truck. We called them around two weeks for the delivery, every day they used to tell some excuse like truck is on the way, truck is broken down, call after 1 hour etc… After repeated calls and lot of mental tension they reached the destination after month. Before they unload the items they asked us to pay the entire amount, also told without the full payment even a single item will not be moved out of the truck. We paid the full amount but the items like LCD TV, box spring of a queen bed, coffee table and some other items were missing. Some of the items were broken. They told they will deliver the missing items later. After that they never contacted us. We found that they started operating on a different company name. They changed the phone number also. We didn’t receive the items till today, even after two months. This is fake company , keep on changing the names and the phone numbers. even the company names. Now they called as 'FIRST CLASS RELOCATIONS' Please do not use this company for your move, really these people are thieves.
