They started out so nice and the quote was so low until they get there then the price jumps way up. I can understand a slieght increase no one is perfect, but $900 is stupid. Then I was told that I did not need the tape and shrink wrap that I purchased that the movers would handle it. Oh yeah they handled it then they charged an arm and a leg for it. That was not told to me at the beginning. The crates that they say they will not charge for are padded sheets and my boxes that the put on the the T.V.'s to keep them from getting damaged.
Don't get me started on the damaged items. A wheel off of my t.v., my dryer is totally screwed up with one of the legs broken off and the temp knob broken off so I can not turn the heat to a normal dry and the dent in the side of the dryer that caused the tub not to turn. Lots of glass boken, just because I packed it does not mean you are not responsible for the box. What I mean is don't crush the box and then say its not your responsibility because I packed it.
When they finally got to my house to deliver my stuff all of the boxes were put in my house upside down or on there sides which may have caused some of the breakage.
I could go on about this company and the lack of customer service by Simon and Michelle but my fingers are starting to hurt from typing this much.
In conclusion these people are horrible and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
