Inbelievable! They were scheduled to arrive between 9-10am. At 11am, I called and was told they couldn't reach the dispatcher. Then I was told, they couldn't reach the driver of the truck, maybe it was an area that had bad reception. Then I was told they were running late because they had started another job at 5:30am and were overbooked and running behind and would CALL me in an hour. They never called. I was put on hold repeatedly. Then I was told that the trucks kept breaking down. People make mistakes, and things happen, but it was clear that they were being dishonest. At 1:30pm I told them I needed to know if they were going to be able to do the move because I needed to make other arrangements. I was already completely packed and the house I was in is being sold. Then they finally told me they could not move me, but were available two days later.
I have moved NUMEROUS times and NEVER experienced anything like this.
I would never consider using them again.
